- •Groups larger than 50 people: additional $100 per night

Payment
A $50 per night deposit is due at the time of reservation to hold your place. The deposit is nonrefundable and will be applied to your total. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

Cabin Rules
- •No smoking inside the cabin
- •No pets allowed
- •Please supervise children at all times
- •Stay on designated trails with ATVs
- •Close all gates (cattle on the property)
- •Haul all trash to the dumpster
- •Leave the cabin clean and in the same condition you found it
- •Bring your own bedding, paper plates, cups, and all personal items
Important Notes

- ⓘSolar power is available with a backup generator
- ⓘWater comes from a spring and is good to drink
- ⓘKitchen includes a propane refrigerator and gas stove/oven
